Our last two episodes covered key pillars of my style philosophy. We talked about how you are worthy of looking and feeling your best and style is a skill that ANYONE can learn, including you! In our third episode, we’re going to discuss the final pillar of my style philosophy…

Closet Contentment IS Possible!!

For so many women, our closets become a source of stress, not a source of joy. It can be easy to fall into the trap of “more,” but I believe that it’s possible to build a wardrobe that elicits a different reaction… Contentment. I believe that you deserve a closet that makes you feel content, not craving more.

In this episode, we cover:

  • How social media has changed the way we consume advertising and has a significant impact on our psyche.
  • The need for connection and belonging drives our desire for material possessions.
  • How to simplify daily decisions, such as getting dressed, can free up mental energy for more important things.
  • Setting a positive example of self-care is important for ourselves and future generations.
  • Cleaning out our closets and curating our social media feeds can lead to greater contentment.
  • Resisting the temptation to buy more can lead to a more fulfilling and intentional life.
